Important: By purchasing or using the DBESTech Flutter Multi-Vendor App Solution ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement.
1. License Grant
DBESTech grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software under the following conditions:
- Personal Use: For individual learning and personal projects
- Educational Use: For study and academic purposes
- Single Business Use: For one commercial business that you personally own and operate
2. Restrictions
The license is subject to the following strict restrictions:
2.1 Prohibited Activities
- No Reselling: You may not resell, redistribute, or transfer the Software or any modified versions of it
- No Code Publishing: You may not publish, share, or make the source code publicly available on any platform including GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or code sharing forums
- No Tutorial Creation: You may not create YouTube tutorials, online courses, or any instructional content demonstrating how to use, modify, or implement the Software
- No White-labeling: You may not rebrand and resell the Software as your own product
- No Franchising: The license does not permit use across multiple businesses or franchise operations
2.2 Modification Limitations
- You may modify the Software for your personal or business use only
- All modified versions remain subject to all terms of this agreement
- You may not remove any copyright notices or proprietary markings
3. Intellectual Property
- All copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights in the Software remain the exclusive property of DBESTech
- This agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you
- You may not claim intellectual property rights over any portion of the original Software
4. Termination
This license agreement terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination:
- You must immediately cease all use of the Software
- You must delete all copies of the Software in your possession
- You must remove any deployed instances of the Software
5. Liability
DBESTech shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
- Data loss or corruption
6. Updates and Support
- Updates are provided at DBESTech's discretion and may require separate purchase
- Support is provided according to the package purchased (Basic, Standard, Premium)
- Custom modifications are not included in standard support
7. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and DBESTech regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
Violation Consequences: Any violation of this license agreement may result in legal action, termination of your license, and liability for damages. DBESTech reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies for license violations.
